Since July 2022, we have maintained our pricing at 0.33% of your revenue. However, due to significant economic changes and our continued investment in platform improvements, we need to adjust our pricing. Effective September 1, 2024, our Throughput fee will increase by 9% to 0.36% of your monthly revenue.

Introducing the Default Monthly Payment Amount (DMPA)

We're also introducing a Default Monthly Payment Amount (DMPA) of *300. This ensures that we can continue to provide our services even during slower months for our customers. Here's how it works:

  • If your monthly revenue is *83,333 or more, you'll be charged 0.36% of your revenue.

  • If your monthly revenue is less than *83,333, you'll be charged the DMPA of *300.

  • Where * = your local currency.

Reasons for the Price Adjustment

  1. Economic Climate: The cumulative inflation rate from July 2022 to July 2024 is approximately 7.5%.

  2. Rising Infrastructure Costs: The costs associated with AWS hosting, server upgrades, and software licenses have increased significantly.

  3. 24/7 Support: We have implemented round-the-clock support for our server infrastructure to ensure you receive uninterrupted service.

  4. Increased Staff Costs: Attracting and retaining top talent has necessitated an increase in our staff costs. The average salary increase in the tech sector has been around 4-5% annually.
